Our insulation shielding material product line covers insulation substrates such as PET (polyester film, commonly known as Mylar), PC (polycarbonate), PP (polypropylene), FR flame retardant materials, fiber paper, nylon, etc; Thermal management materials such as graphite sheet, thermal conductive gasket and thermal conductive gel; Electromagnetic shielding materials such as copper foil, aluminum foil, conductive foam, conductive cloth, EMI shielding foam, etc. These materials can be subjected to precision die-cutting, composite, slitting, laminating and other secondary processing according to customer needs, to produce finished parts of various shapes and sizes.

 

Among them, the thermal pad has high thermal conductivity (optional from 1W/m · K to 6W/m · K), good compressibility and electrical insulation performance, and is suitable for filling gaps between heating elements such as IGBT modules, power tubes, battery packs, and heat sinks; Conductive foam and conductive cloth have excellent electromagnetic shielding performance (usually up to 60dB or more), and are widely used in electronic components such as battery management systems and electronic control units that are sensitive to electromagnetic interference. All materials meet UL flame retardant rating requirements and RoHS environmental standards.
