To meet the growing demand for high-precision plastic parts from customers, we have recently completed a comprehensive upgrade of our precision injection molding production line. This upgrade introduces fully electric injection molding machines and supporting automated extraction, cutting, and testing equipment, which can achieve efficient and precise processing of three core engineering plastics: PC, ABS, and TPU.

In terms of material properties, PC (polycarbonate) has excellent impact resistance and transparency, making it suitable for electronic device casings, protective masks, instrument panels, and other components that require high transparency and drop resistance; ABS (acrylonitrile butadiene styrene copolymer) has good rigidity, chemical corrosion resistance, and surface glossiness, and is widely used in scenarios such as household appliance casings, automotive interior parts, and office equipment structural components; TPU (thermoplastic polyurethane elastomer) is known for its excellent elasticity and wear resistance, and is commonly used in products that require flexible touch and cushioning protection, such as mobile phone protective cases, smart wearable device watch straps, cable joint protective covers, etc.

In terms of process capability, the size range of injection molded parts we can process ranges from a few grams to hundreds of grams, and the injection molding accuracy can be controlled within ± 0.05mm, which can meet the dimensional tolerance requirements of most consumer electronics and automotive components. At the same time, we provide mold development support services, which include mold design, mold flow analysis, and trial mold verification based on customer product drawings, helping customers shorten product development cycles and reduce upfront investment costs.

In addition, we can also provide secondary processing services for injection molded parts, including screen printing, transfer printing, laser engraving, ultrasonic welding, hot melt nail embedding, etc., to achieve one-stop service from single injection molding to component delivery. With our existing silicone rubber molding and precision die-cutting capabilities, we are now able to provide customers with multi material composite component solutions including soft rubber, hard rubber, tape, and shielding materials.
